We provided end-to-end support to define the process, align the economics, and de-risk the scale-up. This included developing process flow diagrams and mass balances, building a techno-economic model with recovery/purity-linked cash flows, and advising on FEL-1 planning. We translated engineering decisions into IRR-impact language that improved confidence across the board.
