About

Our Story

Appiah Strategy Group was founded on the belief that complex technical challenges need more than engineering—they need strategic clarity.

With 15+ years of experience leading major energy, clean tech, and logistics projects at Chevron, Amazon, Bechtel, and Piedmont Lithium, we’ve seen where high-capital projects go wrong: misaligned execution, poor coordination, and no bridge between technical and financial decisions.

We’re here to change that.

Our team blends process engineering, project finance, and operational leadership to help clients unlock value from day one—by reducing OPEX, increasing uptime, and aligning IRR with technical reality.

With a foundation that spans both the Wharton MBA and Stanford MS in Chemical Engineering, we bring a rare blend of financial insight and technical execution.

We think in financial models and process flows—bridging capital strategy and technical delivery.

Let’s build smarter. Let’s scale boldly. And let’s create lasting value—together.
